To post a youtube video put the "[youtub]**[/youtub]" (and spell youtube correctly unlike what iv'e done) where the ** is, you want to put the following underlined section of the address from the original "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9tkQ5NgXDQ&feature=g-all-u"

As for the video there is a much better version of that out there on the net But you'll have to find that one yourself...

you can also click the "share" button which will drop down a another section... then click the "embed" button then a box will appear and copy the highlighted text... then past it where you would type....
