rear brakes dont work

hey dudes,

sorry to bother once again but my rear brakes dont work , they didnt work since the day i bought the bike and i cant take it back to the shop coz no-one here has a big enough car.so what should be the things i should check first?

you are going to have to bleed your brakes, do a search there are a few threads on this already.

could be they just need adjusting, most brakes come fairly loose from the factory,

theres an adjusting thread on where it connects to your brake pedal,

take out the little bolt, and screw the rod that goes up into the brake system, screw it counter clockwise a few turns and see if that makes it better, if so keep doing small adjustments until the brakes are working perfectly,

i just bled my brakes no air in them, but i gotta slam the lever so it slows down the bike. can you show us a pic of which bolt this is to adjust it? thanks
