Running problems

When im keeping the bike at constant revs while riding the bike, the bike somewhat loses power then regains, causing a jumpy ride. Any advice??

Sounds like its only getting some fuel.

Check fuel line, breather, clean out carbi and jets

The fuel line and breather are good, ill clean the carby out tomorrow. Could it have anything to do with the fuel to air mixture screw??

I would say it wouldn't. If it's fine one minute then not the next it couldn't be the air/fule mixture/screw. That'd be what I'd do first though. eliminates the problem. Try using this next time too:
