Ok so things have slowed down a bit now, not a whole lot left to do...
Ordered new:
CNC 1/4,
OKO 24mm,
Gen kawasaki lever for the front master, and going to order a moose racing clutch perch and kawa lever to match.
2 x manifold and boots to play with,
rim locks,
klx number plate,
Fuel tank,
coils,
Over sized front disc,
plugs,
TB filter,
NGK lead,
and a big bunch of spares
still waiting on few bits...jetting kit and longer throttle cable.
OKO runs but really bad, wont idle at all. Stock jets look huge but are un marked so no idea what size they are.

Bought a big bore pipe, but a custom pipe would be a lot better for it. in the process of getting a power bomb made up for it
