servicing suspension?

hey does anyone have any info on doing a service on front and rear suspension? Mine are both a bit stiff maybe needs greasing or adjusting?

ok well for your rear spring how pound is the spring 800, 100?

how much do you weight?

im 60kg and i run an 800lbs spring i probly could go a bit lower as i find this a bit hard at times too

try dhz on ebay for different springs or even a new shock


are your forks adjustable?

maybe put a different weight oil in them

there is a video on the BBR website i think on how to service your forks

the rear spring is adjustable im pretty sure i dunno how to do that but

and the front forks are really stiff
