US to AU shipping can be expensive, but the PO has some sweet-as Flat-Rate boxes, and I'm pretty good with repacking
In addition to having US Retail pricing on goods, MR members may, at certain times, on certain products, be eligible for parts discounts and/or having the old FP cover a portion of the postage.

Small Box $13.25 Puller, clutch tool, clutch disk kits
8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8" 4lb max
Large video box $13.25 Stator kits
9-1/4" x 6-1/4" x 2" 4lb max
Envelope $13.25 Decal kits, cooking magazines, tissues
12 1/2" x 9 1/2"
or
15" x 9-1/2"
Med box $43.23 Most common, and I can safely get most bore/head kits in one.
11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" 20lb max
or
13 5/8" x 11 7/8" x 3 3/8"
Large box $55.58 KLX-type bore and head kits
12" x 12" x 5 1/2" 20lb max
