slack thrrottle

hey ive got just a chinese import but when i got it the throttle was fine now it has slack like aloose bit before it starts to make a reaction how do i fix this??? cheers

hey i had the same problem!!! u will probs hav to get a new throttle mate!!try adjusting it at the throttle where the cable screws in to the throttle!!

fiddy with the cable were it screws into the leaver

yeah the cable would have just stretched a bit which is normal.

like the others said you unscrew the bit where the throttle cable goes into the actual throttle and bobs your uncle!

hey yea ethans tried it all tried adjusting id right out right in u rekon new cable wood do it his mum said shes gunna buy him the part if we can find out what we need within the next 3 days

Is it a stock throttle because mine was fine had no slack or anything then over time started feeling loose so i had a old bike in the shed and it had a 1/4 turn throttle and i used that and it fixed it.

no!!i had this exact same problem n i got told to get a new cable so i got 1 n it didnt do anything so i bought this n it worx heaps good...no slack at all
