they bikes are there own brand but the use lifan engines sum bikes hav mikuni carbs and sum hav fast ace shocks hope this helps

REALLY bad customer service , you could walk in the shop , pick up a part you would like to purchase stand there for 30 minutes and still wont get served... and its never because there busy ... usually on the computer or talking with eachother or another customer....

my brother and his mates baught 3 of his bikes at the same time (was like 2 years ago) the bikes where pretty junk and i would assume they still will be ....

i go there every now and then to get a small part that i mite need...
but would deffinately rather shop on the net or another store....


but Nootsie is a pretty good guy... and he will do you deals , id say you would get around 100-200 off a bike just buy asking.

when my brother baught 3 he got like over $500 off.

it really pisses me off people who hide behind the net, have you notice you are the only one who has bagged us, next time time you come into my shop have the balls to confront me and tell me who you are, for 6yrs i have been helping keep china bikes alive we have 200k in spares in stock and 300 bikes at any one time, we have hardly any warranty issues and our bikes dont just fall apart,we have always run the top of theline frames and lifan motors, our bikes are bse and have been for 5 yrs now, you and your brother would be one of those customers who dont look after their **** and wonder why everything you touch is ****, we are the only ones who have a 201cc yx motors with cnc cranks, we have had discounted parts from the start crf plastics 25 a set and **** like that, find another shop who does these prices..., i hope you have the balls to identify your self next time you come in to our store instead of being a coward behind your compluter,,,

i have never read an artical that was so full of ****, you have never owned anything of ours so how can you comment? thanks to the other guys for sticking up for me cheers boys, all our parts we are the cheapest on,from the stocko parts to the cnc and bling parts and most of the other shops we sell to, so most of you when you enter another shop you are sometimes buying our goods at a anyway.

What do you think this Forum is about? giving Information , reveiws on bikes/parts/shops.....

If someone High up in the Industry Gave a Reveiw about your Shopfront and your Bikes , you wouldnt have a problem with it? and im sure they would say Things twice as bad as what i said..

I did say That nootsie is a good guy and will do you some good deals which is true ...(im assumng this is Nootsie?) and you support the scene quite a bit ..

but the main thing i was getting at was the Customer service More so the People working for you! i remember one time i went in to get a new tube , i bought a tube payed to get it put on , and He asked me if i wanted to buy another tube just incase he poped it trying to get it in ???? wtf is that.

for starters do you think the guys would have been serious? we have never charged any body for a tube we have poped putting in, he was having a gig at ya, obivousley you dont have a sence of humor, dude the shop down there has always got **** loads of people in it, and i am sorry if you had to wait around a bit, i also have f** loads of s**t i need to do in my life too with all the community programs we run or are involved with <for the kids> , you had a straight dig at me no one else on that forum agreed with you about our products, and only one person metioned wait time, i dont see any other shop on the northside that do 50 plus repairs a week on ebay **** boxes, anyone can come down out of all the bikes beening repaired come and see how many are mine, our company builts 90% of the bikes getting around i have sourced bikes from all the leading companys such as bse wbl kayo and others but you would not know those names, you know them as pitpros pitboss pitsterpros etc of and the orignal thumpstar built in yongkang hardware city <china> all our parts guess what come from the very same places too, i offten recieve cartons of spare parts from the company and the otta carton has pitpro / pitboss printed of them why? the are left other boxes from their orders, i do feel you have attacted us directly, i am all for forums but you have mislead this one, people in the industry bag each other all the time, the point is where are they now? still operating? may be from home but they dont last at least we have been there for 6 yrs now and for the 200 plus people a week who are greatful of our exsistance there will always be that one cnt like you.

I'd just like to say that small wheel deals has the best prices I can find, and the customer service while it's not what you'd typically expect from retail - it's down to earth and you will get your problems sorted.

my two 'sense' --- like you said smallwheeldeals brother it is 'only one person' i mean cmon mate i understand you getting on the back foot a bit but really whats one persons opinion compared to 'the rest of the forum' surely a bit more 'maturity' could be shown... (particularly since as i write this, this thread has been Viewed over 1300 times)

its like coolmodee01 says each is entitled to their opinion as you are entitled to defend your position... lets just try and stay reasonable... even using something you yourself have said smallwheeldeals about hiding behind the computer -- it is easy to 'go nuts' without realizing some of the 'real world' consequences of those words/actions.

dont know you or your shop or even bikes so i have no reason or intention of commenting one way or another... i do hope for your sake that no detrimental effects follow from some of the comments you have decided were suitable to post up in this public forum representing your business.
