Alright so my bike is in need of a long awaited rebuild.

When i started off the problems where as listed.
Forks dead
Rear linkage annihilated
Two broken bolts in the base of my 190cc
Paint chipping off the frame.
Rear brake bent
Rear brake bearings dead.
Chain dead.
Chain slider dead
And a few other bits and pieces

So she is now in the process of being stripped and rebuilt.

First off came a bulk lot of Pitster parts from some guy up in Sydney that was selling
Near new Gpx Black label forks
Swingarm
Rear Dnm shock.
New Linkage
Tripple clamps
Plastics
tank
Seat
And a rear china wheel
All for $300 :O

I cannot thank the man him self Brendo enough for picking them up and posting them too me. Look up legend in the dictionary and you will find Brendo's name.

Anyway I got the parts after maybe a week and at that same time I had Stu(Gottagetacheaperhobby) sending me some Engio forks.

So with most of my parts basically here i started stripping down my bike.

First came the wheels.

Then the forks and triples.

You know the bolt is tight when it wont release with a 200Nm rattler. Had to bring out the big guns

The swinger was next to come off.

And then the motor.

Now to get out the two stainless steel bolts that I snapped from launching a 65ft odd jump to flat( I ain't doing that again).

They came out quite easily actually. Used a left hand drill bit and a extractor to get them out.

Next step was the motor. Pulled the clutch cover off to see if it was fried(which it is) and noticed my main clutch nut was loose.

Valves are still in spec and are still tight.

Alrighty. So i was heading to my mate at Tdr moto in Hoppers crossing to get a Hydraulic clutch set up.
But its been pouring down up here. Like Non stop can't even see my shed 50m away. So safer not to go on the roads at this time.

So seeing as im just talking to my self ill add this in.

Went down to my mate at Tdr and brought some new shiny stuff

Got everything for $100 which is pretty good considering the clutch cost me 50.

After looking over the clutch its actually designed quite well and comes with the flex lever which is great till I can afford some nice ones.

I would recommend one Stu it feels great. I have a extended clutch arm so my clutch pull it lighter and with this hydraulic clutch I can pull it in with my pinky finger haha.
Next on the agenda is some triple clamps

Nice, do you have a color in mind? Stickers look black blue, what about the plastics? :p

Thanks for the shoutout mate, I'm here to help whenever I can. Keen to see what you do with it, but defiantly want to see that yoshi cut down and repositioned haha it ****s me hanging out like that lol.

Will get one when I can. You never sent me the length on your headstem, if yours will bolt straight on to the braaap then I dont mind swapping...

Not 100% sure Jakieboy

Not a problem Brendo thanks for helping me out. I just leave it like that cause i know it S**** you hahaha.

I forgot totally about that Stu. Il grab those measurements tonight and send them through.

Haha. Shows off that amazing Yoshi but.

Alright so some progress has been made.

New Billet Triple clamps for the Engios. Finally found some stashed away at Atomik.
New piston for my 190
New foot pegs.
Hydraulic clutch
New chain guide
New DiD Nz3 chain
New tyres are on their way
New foot peg mounts as i snapped the others

And in traditional Dhz style they sent me 2 chain guides rather then chain rollers. *Facepalm*

The frame has been taken somewhere for a bit of a spice up. Cant wait to see it all built.
Just need some new plastics, graphics and a new seat.
