Softening supsension

Hey guys I got This China bike and I was wondering how to soften the rear suspension and if possible the front suspension.

Those forks and shock are not going to ever be good to work with, but you could try replacing the fork oil with a 5 or 7 wt oil. The shock reduce the spring preload and reduce the gas pressure in the shock down to 40 psi or something. If your not comfortable pulling these items apart, then just start saving for a better setup.
