sprocket upgrade

ok thanks heaps, i will go get it tomorrow.

on ebay the front sprockets specify what pitch they are but none of the rear do.

do the rear have pitch sizes or is it just the front?

Most ebay sprockes are 420. Email the seller to check

i went to get the new 37 but it doesnt fit my hub.

where can i get new sprockets to fit this standard hub?

best way to figure out what you like would be to buy the 16,17, 37, 39 and run them different to find what suits you best

i cant seem to find a 37 that fits my bike. does any one have a spare one they dont use?

Just drill new holes in it so it does fit.

You cant change the rear sprocket on your hub, its designed to take a ring sprocket. Plus incase you havent noticed your bike already has the smallest it can take.

ok guys. i took the new sprocket back to get it exchanged but the guy goes its a 428 pitch which i want.

when you put the two sprockets together, the groove is the same between the teeth.

i took it back because the width of the teeth are a bit smaller on the newer sprocket. Is this ok to still use it?
