Soooooooo! When I picked up the latest LXR I noticed a nice crack running from under the swinger arm bolt right across the frame part about mid way across the frame arm. Take no notice of the gigantic dent about the bolt but you can't see much but there's a crack the runs under the bolt ad across

Well!! Today I went and grinded the crack back to make good earth and arc for the welder "mig" and let me tell you now these frames are coke can thin!!! Ridiculously thin, blew a hole right through 1st go.. Left me gob smached on what to do. Not only did I have a crack I had a hole the size of a pea.

Only option now was to make a template of the frame running up the side and around the bolt to strengthin and fix this problem, also to weld better on the edges of the frame as it has more meat then the flat faced steel that's thin as can be!!

Made the plate out of 3-4mm sheet and tuned the welder abit and it was go time! Was ok end result but what choice did I really have!??

On a brighter note my jersey was done mega happy with it and the sticker kit is on the plastics...

COME GET SOME!!!!!
