Do the forks make the noise when the front is lifted? like they are dropping down further than supposed to and over extending?

On the rear what shock do you have? The fox floater would be stiffened by putting more gas in it. But others you would need a different spring or turn the ring down and compress the spring more.

yea forks make the noise when lifted like they are dropping further than they should.

I'll compress the spring and then try to put some gas in, what gas and where would I get it? Will air do the trick?
