This is supposed to be a pitbike for my racingteam.
(but i use it for fun aswell)
I compete in Drifting with an 500bhp RWD Mitsubishi EVO
Its nice to have a clean & different paddock at the the races & practices
& a cool pitbike makes visitors stop just a little longer by my team.
The frame is an stock Orion AGB-29 2007, forks i belive differ a little
depending on which marked the bike has been sold in, but they are USD
& fully "adjustable" (thats good enough for me)
I bought it without the engine, so i had to get myself an reasonably
good engine aswell right ? The choise turned to a friends Jialing 125cc 2009
engine with outerotor ignition. I also fitted an 150cc cylinder, with a specially
orderad high-compression piston.
(my dreamengine is an YX160 with the 199cc kit)
I´m using an KOSU 28mm carb with a new UNI airfilter.
An 32mm exhaust with an "Yoshimura" silencer is also fitted to the bike.
Both enginebolts have been changed in favor of 10:9 10mm Hexbolts
+ a homemade alloy brace for the cradle.
I got the bike a few weeks back & directly tore it down to small bits.
had the fram beadblasted & painted KTM-orange.
Ordererd several new parts:
A friend own a company that only sell pitbikeparts = good prices: minidelar.se
new black KLX-plastics
new Brembo throttle (the thing that you twist)
new killswitch
new grips: Supermoto street grips
new throttle & clutchcable
new rear tire: Michelin StarCross 3,00-12
new front tire: Rinaldi 60/100-14
new chain: Regina 420
New handlebars: ProTapers
All new stainless steel bolts on the frame & fork/swingarm, & the engine will get
only alloy bolts shortly.
I also had my friend Pelle TiG-weld an carefully sorted (who am i kidding)
reinforcement to the swingarm before painting it gloss black.
I also made some iceracingtires of the old tires so I can have som fun during
the winter season.
Please check out the Swedish equivalent of Planetminis, on www.fiddy.se
