you are a muppet atomikrider. no you cannot buy a straight pipe for it. but you could get one made if you really want. i have given you a cheaper alternative though. yes a straight pipe will take away the powerband. think of a wipper snipper or 2-stroke lawn mower, they do not have powerbands because they dont have the pipes. they simply rev up like a 4 stroke.

that

The restrictor plate would be the way to go. I'm guessing you will want to rejet it accordingly tho, otherwise I can see a whole log of plug fouling happening. Good way to learn about jetting a 2T tho. Go for it!

dude dont waste ya time
buy it
ride it
crash
hurt yaself
never ride again out of fear
and stop asking stupid questions

case closed
if you have never riden a bike (or have done so but only once) do not buy a 250 2t you will die or get very hurt.
stick with the 125 mate make you mind up go buy one and ride it maybe even look at a decent pitty it will be good for learning. i wouldn't waste ya time trying to power down a 250.
So when is enough enough at what stage are you going to stop asking about it and go and buy one ride it and learn for yourself. there's no better way.

as for jumping on my 450 read your first line above you got little to no hope
