Hey guys thought id do a build thread.
started off getting a stock 50 with a protaper barkit for $700
sorry dont have a better photo

then from faster minis got the usual
- Fast 50 hd Springs
- Fast 50 hd Shock
- Two Brothers racing high seat
- Pro Taper grips

it then turned out like this

I have only made a couple of new upgrades since then and i think they are

- Uni Air filter
- Fast 50 fork bushings
- Chain (Broke in the middle of nowwhere, Long Walk)

so till about 2 days ago it stood as this

And i also forgot some other new parts
- Tyres
- Bash guard
- Throttle housing
- stock fork lowers (old ones were bent as you can see in the 3rd photo from the top)

Ok so about till 2 days ago it had a lifan 125cc it didnt really work
so i ordered a new piston and that arrived today
so dissembled the bike,
i am planning on strengthening and painting the frame, swing arm and forks.

and finally got engine back together

Guys it isn't a china engine in it now. It had a Lifan 125 that didn't work. The one in the photo is a geniune Honda 50cc. Sorry about that mis understanding.

Some more updates

got the frame strengthened. it our first time so we did what we thought was needed

So it started out as

Then we began

So the finished product is this and i circled the parts where we strengthened.
( we also connect the two pipes at the back of the frame at the top right of the screen.)

So i then stripped and primed the frame and swing arm.

painting will begin tomorrow

thanks mate, im guessing PCed mean paint canned and in that case yes it is.
and i ordered
-Red Barron Bmx Bars
-Red Barron Brake and Perch lever
-T3 Throttle Cable
-Spark Plug
-TTR style kill switch

I live in a street with 5 Crf's 50 in it.
