TB Parts KLX110 style V2 Race Head Upgrades

The following improvements have been made to the KLX110 style V2 Race Head:

- Now comes with forged aluminum roller rockers
- Bushings rollers have been replaced with a bearing rollers
- Intake valve is now stainless EV8 like the exhaust valve

Also, there is no price increase on the head kits with these improvements





TB Parts V2 Race Head Performance Parts Upgrade Stages:

Stage 1 – [TBW9017] $385 with Free Delivery -

TB Parts V2 Race Head upgrade kit with the TBW0473 cam (S25), will run with stock 60mm China pistons including the YX150/160, Z155 and 160HO engines.

Available Upgrades: Rear Facing Inlet, De-comp Option and Titanium Retainers.

Stage 2 – [TBW9028] $440 with Free Delivery -

TB Parts V2 Race Head upgrade kit with 60mm high compression piston and the choice of the TBW0577 cam (S35) or TBW0473 cam (S25), the TB 60mm piston will work in the stock China 60mm steel sleeve cylinders including the YX150/160, Z155 and 160HO engines.

Available Upgrades: Rear Facing Inlet, De-comp Option and Titanium Retainers.

Stage 3 – [TBW9040] $770 with Free Delivery -

TB Parts V2 Race Head, 64mm Big Bore and 28mm TB Performance Carb upgrade kit, with a choice of the TBW0577 cam (S35) or TBW0473 cam (S25), will work in the China YX150/160, Z155, 160HO and 175HO engines.

Available Upgrades: De-comp Option and Titanium Retainers.

Stage 4 – Privateer V2 Race Head Package - $840 with Free Delivery -

TB Parts V2 De-comp Race Head with Titanium Retainers installed, choice of a 64mm or 67mm all aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with skirt, select between a 28mm TB/Mikuni/Keihin Carb upgrade kit with a choice of the TBW0577 cam (S35) or TBW0473 cam (S25), this kit will work in the China YX150/160, Z155, 160HO and 175HO engines.

Stage 5 – Custom Made to Order V2 Race Head Package - $880 plus delivery -

TB Parts V2 Race Head with Titanium Retainers installed, cylinder head hand finished, choice of a 64mm or 67mm all aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with skirt, select between a 28mm Mikuni VM28 Flatslide or Keihin PE28 Round Slide Carb upgrade kit with port matched rear facing inlet manifold, TBW0577 cam (S35), will work in the China YX150/160, Z155, 160HO and 175HO engines.

This Stage 5 set-up with a 64mm bore, Keihin PWK28 carb, Pro Circuit Exhaust and Performance Coil powered Mike Reefman to victory in the over 35’s class at the Las Vegas Mini Moto SX in 2010 and a close 2nd in 2012, call for details.


Please Note: The 67mm cylinders will require case boring.
