Thumpstar Headkit??

Thumpstar runs a 13mm pin so if the kit goes 14mm then i guess it won't fit. If you want big bore for your thumpstar then go a 54mm KLX 110 piston kit and a motovert headgasket to suit wide stud. that will make it about 128cc. Unless you can find a bigger barrel and piston kit for the wide stud motor then thats about as big as you can go.

I have got some TRUE 140cc china engines which claim 14HP. Complete setup. Big valve head, cam, 26mm carb, oil cooler, electrics etc. These things hammer!! Fit into any thumpstar, mojo etc.

New member/ anyway am buying the quads which basicly have the same moter and would like to big bore it ive read rooster over 140cc /so does any one sell a 140cc head,piston or sell the 138cc piston so i can bore it in australia dont want h/c piston as will be turboing i will make a new thread soon as i get more stuff also i read b4 some one got a inner roter kit for around 200 wer? thanks my mate has a china thumpster
turbo is a real gas driven not electric and very small.
