Hi , The Auto Decomp kits is fix on the camshaft , it can auto turn the crank position to TDC to make it easy kick start .

Taky decomp cams , there everywhere . get them from classichonda , there expensive as . and you will need an adapter peice if your running it on a chinese engine.
 
If the part was easily available in aus , it wouldn't be much of a hassle . but buying from America is always annoying.

A no touch auto decomp that works every time , just like a big bike.
 
Taky make the decomp cam in heeps of sizes s15/s25/s35 etc , and yes you will need a klx cam cover if you have a china engine.
 
A quick update
Anyone considering putting the v2 head on the 160ho engine I have learnt that you need to either change the piston or make the exhaust valve relief in the piston a bit bigger.
I tested my clearances before assembling the engine and although it was a tight fit it was ok. It ran for a few hours fine but it seems once the engine gets hot it causes problems. The piston hits the valve by the slightest amount but its enough to bend the valve slightly.

yer mate you need a tb piston there about 75 from ken

shoot him an email or give him a call and just tell him what engine you have
 
I have already done it thanks mate. I got a tb piston from classic honda. works a treat.
I posted this because ken told me it wasnt needed and in some cases he may be right but not in my case.
