i will be attaching the mufflers to the rear of the frame above with another set of clamps*not pictured* sitting behind those and painted black to hide them :)
havent put them on as they are still drying

just saw the vid mate, shes gonna be full on at WOT for sure, haha. A bloke came in today and said i hope there is a couple of other loud bikes cause mine is loud, ANSWER: you aint heard loud yet bud.

right stupid extra clamps didnt fit and scratched the f*ck outta the paint i had just put on,

answer: high strength super clamps around the pipe and frame with blue loctite in the thread and exhaust composite metal epoxy putty *with my own added 2k hardner & ceramic additive formula and cures with heat* to glue the cans onto the pipe
i can move and pick up the bike now just by the cans, not a bit of movement anywhere she is set :)

with a day off for knee rest lol amongst other things i :
-got all new rear wheel bearings *thanks mick*
-new cnc anodised under rear brake lever
-replaced all the bolts under engine, sanded and polished
-new footpegs*thanks mick*,sanded and polished
-new bash plate *thanks mick*
-500 wet and dry sanded dual exhaust and metal polished
-replaced old rear brake with brand new setup with better pads
-machine polished all bolt heads on bike
and anywhere else i could fit the polisher lol

installing twin pipes is the most demeaning frustraiting... life consuming thing on the planet (i had to do it atleast 50 times when i did the pipe modifications to make mine work with a tb head)

i understand your pain, i couldn't get mine to sit right, in the end a mate with a torch helped me heat and bend them so they are tight against the top

nice wakey this bike just keeps looking better and better mate...

We will get James on a road trip one day Joshy and we will pop down for a ride with yas;)
