Wanna start, but don't know where to begin

G'day guys, first post found the site by pot luck. I currently live in Darwin, and wanna get into mini x, problem is every bike shop has no idea what I'm on about. Iv been looking at sum pitbikes on the net but I'm torn between what to get, I'm up to 3choices now. The braaaptster miestro, atomic 125 or a Lil china125 don't know what brand it was cause it's second hand. The probs that I have are I'm 25, is that to old to ride mini x? What classes do mini x race in? And finding a decent place up here. Every one has different opions and I appriciate that. So all comments are wecome.

50BoyTim lives up there he's one of aussies best freestylers and a fine human being in general ... send him a pm he'll sort ya out .... as for the bikes ? ... the braaap is waaay too expensive and I wouldn't bother blowin snot on the other two ... try the Revmx or the Cinny :grinning-smiley-003

If you want to give a pit bike a decent thrashing, and for it to last a little while you need some quality and something with a decent set up i would recommend the same as Dready, either the Revmx ttr155z or the Ciniworx cxz175...Both of these you can turn into a 200cc if you want. And they are a great bike have good suspension and have a linkage like a big bike and have the feel of a big bike when it comes to stabability

No wuckas mate .... oooh yeah ...the start line is PACKED with crusty old mx racers that do a good job of shaming the youngins ....at 25 you're a spring chicken
