hey alls
recently picked up this motovert rx from a dude in nsw for a wicked price and once the cash had been transfered... it was pretty much loaded in a mates double doing a melb to syd truck run

apon arrival i noticed that the sellers desripton wasnt exactly spot on lol

-rear dnm was missing(replaced with ****ty gpx 300mm shock
-front brake master view window caved in
-rear brake caliper,master and line were cactus
-oil cooler was wrong and the lines were cactus also

so after i lost my **** i began making a list of the to do's etc and here the build begins

Haha, you got lucky with your miss description dude, I got ripped recently and have been chasing my ass trying to fix everything. Can't wait to see this sucker done.

Received a parts drop from jay160cc

fitted a new kick lever(done away with battery)

Also replaced the wack factory swing with a pitsterpro x4r swing kit and dnm mt bag shock

Decided to ditch the marzocchi forks and brake in favour of some fresh gpx black label forks and bigger brake setup

Will have some parts for sale soon

Got bored so i re routed and cleaned up wiring. Just gotta mount capaciter and rectifier

Wrap the capacitor in foam and mount it securely, they don't like a lot of vibration.
How many volts, Uf ?

Some fresh gpx black labels arrived to replace the bodgey marzoc front end
Also new oil cooler fitted

Nice dude, one thing thou that brake line goes on the inside of the fork thou unless of course the tyres are that wide. Cut the back of that front guard off to so it allows it to flow onto the cooler, bodge supertard guard lol.

Did you have the knock off zhocci's?

The real ones outperform the GPX's by a million miles. Probably won't matter as much on the road though.

Hey is there room for a pillion passenger on the RX's?

Yeah ..they still take zhocci spring kits but arnt anything spesh

Wheels all spaced up and look mint..just gotta bleed front and rear brakes and im done..appart from chain gaurd and chain
