All reged so i decided to begin the semi unknown journey

Yoinked the motor out and proceeded to clearance the **** out the rear breather stock

Eventually i got it in..looks the part.

So it didn't need much filed off the engines' top mount then ?

Yeah it needed a fair bit in centre..now im chasing the screw in fittings for oil cooler lines..would you k ow of any floating round?

They are hard to find, M8 x 1.25 thread iirc?
Same sized thread used on Lifan 140/150's

Does you oil cooler use banjo fitting's?

All good..dhz hooked me up with some 8mm cooler lines and its all sorted

Fitted up a soare honda grom clutch cable and also got some kls valve/cam covers

Where did you get the heat wrap from?

Supercheap has it as well. That's where I grabbed mine. Burson is probably cheaper though.

The bike is looking good and I have to agree with the motor change. It's the best thing I did to mine. I did 100kms before the change.

Wow love the build! I really need to get my arse into gear as mine is looking somewhat unloved at the moment. motor is at about 6000kms and sounds a little sad too...
where did you get your tyres from?
