well lately ive been running 10ks a day started on the 1st of january and have lost 18 kilos its amazing how good you feel when you lose abit of weight
 
mmmmmm 10 k, i will get to that.. one day :) done 2 about 2 k of running this morn, (dont the stupid thing and went around the back streets so was up and down hills:/) but then was stuffed lol... ohwell just walked/jogged the rest lol...

mmmm brings back memorys of footy training... haha

yeh istarted it off at 3.5ks and worked my way up, i really hate doin it but its gettin me fit
 
I don't train 5 times a week, because I work and have a life :p

I ride trails sometimes, but really can't be fooked lately, have become lazy and it's just easier turning the throttle... Pedaling is so last year.. haha, I do ride 300m to work every day though..
 
well on a serious note lol,

i play touch footy monday nights
run 5 km's tues pushing the little one in the pram
run again wed
thurs night i race bmx and friday i rest lol


ive lost 10kg's so far. Just need to get under 90 and ill be happy. At 92 now. might make me faster on the bmx too lol
 
i do workouts every friday night at the boys brigade gym.
and i also ride as fast as i can on my brothers mountain bike so he doesnt catch and then kill me!
 
Yes on a serious note ...... i literally get pissed and do nothin lol ... and eat takeaway ... good havin a good metabolism or wateva it is :)
