I am a barman and do in-house security here in Newy, Its not rocket science but it pays the bills. Having said that, at the moment I am on workers comp for my leg, so I sit at home most days, and do sweet F@#k all.
I would like to do the same as cass and do a mature aged apprenticeship, pretty bad being my age and still not knowing what I want to do with my life. I will just roll with flow and see where it takes me. once my leg is as good as it is gunna get I will no what I will be able to do. As long as there is food on the table and I have time to ride , I don't care what I do..

no the exam i passed is designed for people over 16, i did it in a class and the 2nd youngest person there was about 25

im the happy meal toy tester.
i play with the toys and check if the toys are safe

I'm a qualified mechanical engineer (had my graduation ceremony yesterday) after 4 years of uni. I'm still not done, i'm doing a masters part time so i'll have a bit of extra qualification.

I also work for a consulting company who deal in electrical and automation engineering. Basically we design and impliment any automated conveyor systems, robots, pump systems etc etc. Not a bad job, get to see some cool **** (like where they make mars bars, coke cans, underground mining operations) but not really what i want to do for the rest of my life.

In future i'd like to be working for a car/bike racing team or designing aftermarket performance parts for cars/bikes or working for a company who design stuff for the military...hmmmmm i've got lots of big plans, might be time to get off the miniriders.com forums and do some uni work!! HAHAAH

Congrats on the graduation Matty, I'm a qualified Screen Printer & had my own T-Shirt printing business for 5 years printing for all the big names Adidas, Nike etc but have been a Graffo for about 14 years now. When / if I get a spare minute, I'm gonna finish designing my custom sticker kit (see pic)
