What type of oil?

What type of oil should I put in my bike?
A specific brand perhaps?

yeap i agree on the Motul i use it in all my bikes both 2 stroke and 4 stroke i have tryed Motorex but had clutch slipage so ive gone back to Motul prety cheap only $16 1L or $50 5L

Motul 5100 10w-40 in my 4 strokes cant be bothered going out to the shed for the 2 stroke gear box and pre mix oils

where bouts can you get Motul 5100 10w-40 in Perth?? any1 know?
otherwise whats the next best oil to use??

Any 4 stroke oil will do, if your running in don't go a 10w/40 as this is semi synthetic, only use a mineral like 15w/50 for run in. Once bike is run in go for a 10w/40 such as motul or any other good brand.
