Where do you buy those tiny airfilters?

does anyone know where I can get a tiny airfilter because I am extending my crankcase breather hose and I want to put a little filter on the end.

hobby store.. or repco and in the uni filter listings. they are commonly known as breathers for the top of rocker covers instead of it being plumbed back into the airfilter.

I am extending mine because I have a gay overflow box thing and I just want my tube to be out of the way more
