Hey everyone, first off id like to say Hello all! My names Denise im 18years old, im new to the forum and this is my first post. Im a girl looking for the right bike and ive asked so many people about this but thought might as well ask everyone on here:) Ive had past bikes like a pw80 and a ttr125 thought they were getting abit boring so got rid of them and have been looking around for a mini. Ok so i live on acreage in the hills district of sydney and want to find a well built bike brand new (if its cheap) or used if not. My picks are either a Pitpro, Dhz, MSO and not sure if to pick 125cc or 140 depends on the overall value for money. I will be attempting to go on small jumps but overall i just want to have as much fun on a reliable 50 that wont die on me:rolleyes: Please dont flame me because of my lack of info.. Not very experienced with bike talk:eek:

hey cass, looking into mso the only one within my price range for a new purchase is the 125S. comparing that to the pitpro 125RR which one is better and why? do both have warranty?

thanks

Go the MSO 140S for sure. Pretty sure you get a good discount if you tell em your from Miniriders. Throw em an email is the best way and welcome to the forum.

hey chick welcome to the forums
i know a couple of girls that ride pitpro 125's and motvert 110's
and they have a ball
the mso 125 is a really good bike and the service from there is a1
i wouldn't recomend anything else in your case really
have fun with the minibike everyone else does

and have a look around the forums you will learn plenty enough to get you goin
and dont be afraid to ask silly questions there's no such thing

i think u would like the pitpro or the mso in 125 or 140

Where abouts are you from because I've seen A nice TTR50 modified and a nice CRF50 modified on ebay both for $1000

Talk to linda at MSO she loves getting girls behind the bars and will bend over backwards for ya .... with the member discount from here you'd just about get a 140 ....sounds like you like to have a bit of a dig and you have some space so go the 140 .
And yeah aftersales service is the best bar none

hey everyone late reply sorry... ive looked on ebay but my parents are abit weird on the whole online bidding LOL i know strange... basically the cheaper the better, dont want to spend a whole bunch of money on a mini, hopefully get something around the 800-1000 mark. im really interested now in the mso 125s. i think that may be the one i will go for. just need to find a place selling mso and to convince my parents im a good daughter and its not just a toy i will get bored with.

oh and sorry for double post but Sidney im from Boxhill, which is the rural part of the hills district in sydney. close to rousehill, dural etc. question by the way... to get the mso does anyone know places around sydney that stock them? sorry i wouldnt know.. kinda getting back into the 50 scene...haha

I'm pretty sure that you can only buy MSO's online. But don't worry about it I wasn't really buying a bike online either but when I bought my MSO it was all easy peasy

hmm okay. well 2mrw i guess i'll give them a call, see how it can all be done easiest. dhz is only around 40mins from my place and still curious about the d-pro 125cc and the 140cc oil cooled. both in my price range but havent really heard much about them before...

I think being the type of person i am i would actually drive up there and pick it up... Haha i think it would be so exciting..! I just sent them an email asking what my options are for the purchase, pickup or delivery etc. Hopefully get a response 2mrw and give them a call. Still really like the 140s but we shall see...

Suss on ebay ....you got smart parents

All good Linda will sort you out with a 125 for 800 just ring her ...she'll have it on your door in a few days ... and you'll get a member discount if you mention the site.... and a new lifan140 motor is only 300 so you can upgrade to 140 later if you want.
Oh yeah they are sponsors of the site ... have been for years and have sold hundreds of bikes to crew on here so you can tell your parents they are legit.lol

And you know you won't get bored ...your guts will hurt from laughing after your first day

but good luck explaining that to your olds lol

haha smart but evil parents...! yeah she has replied to my email, and all i have to do now is try and convince my parents that the bike isnt for a small child lol... 2mrw i'll post my outcome for the parentals to let me get a bike. mum is so excited for me and dad has no idea that im going to drop the bomb on him.. why cant my dad be cool? cheers everyone thanks so much

sounds like yuo've made the right choice. hope everything goes well with your dad. you wont get bored with minis, there just to fun :)

No probs always someone here ...some of us are obsessed by these things :D

And yeah again you know it's not for kids .... I'm 95kgs when they were givin out bodies I guess I got the viking model .....Thing is if I can ride them ??
Well you're good to go ... get them to ring Kenny or Linda they have crew racing these and we've had them out past 50ft off a ramp .

my brother in law is about 130kgs... and the poor guy ALWAYS wants to ride my bikes, drive my car... and now im scared to hurt his feelings. i weigh 45kgs and bikes make me look ok. but hes so funny he doesnt look right...i think i will hide it from him, im sure he will break it... but yeah slowly id like to try and race these things and do all those fancy jumps. as soon as my father says yes i will be so excited, probably make my day... or even my year... just always loved 50s. im really thankful for every1s help. this forum was such a good idea, for people like me it helps so much...
