took my exhaust and this fell out, anyone know what it is and if i need it ?

exhaust gasketjust use form a gasket when u put it back on
 
wouldnt be paying that much for 1 tho, i can go down the road and buy 4 for that price.
but yeah its very much needed...
 
Yep, its a stuffed exhuast seal...........
