yx 160 4v genuine pwk

Hi I have been searching the internet for what seems like forever trying to find settings for the 4v with a genuine Keihin pwk 28mm I have a jjg needle (which I was told is a 4stroke needle) and pilot jets 35 ,38 ,42 & 45 and main jets 95 ,100 , 105
it will idle with a lot of kicks with the air screw all the way in and the choke pulled but it dies at 1/4 - 1/2 I am.ar sea level using standard petrol

Any help at all will be appreciated - thanks in advance

Try a 42 pilot and 105 main. Should get you close

yeah what jets and needle height you running atm?

Running a 42 pj and 100 mj needle on middle clip position , spoke to ooracing and they said something about needle-emulsifier jets, my needle jet has six small holes either side is that correct ?? And what is the correct float hight ill measure mine when u get in thanks Ryan
