get metal condute same size as that water hose conector, then drill heaps or small holes in it and seal the end ..

Condute is stuff you put over wires under the bonet of cars to protect/neaten up the engine bay , you can get stainless steel stuff from marine places like whitworths or electrical wholesalers but, the chicken wire method will be alot cheaper.

me and my mate tried it 2nite ridin round on my friends 125cc ducar and it cut the noise out well.... but will it muck up the tuning if i try it on my bike as i also hav a 125cc ducar

also yer it worked but after a while when i revd hard while i was ridin, it popped out the back and went flyin down the road

yes i had the same problem. while riding for about 10 mins it poped out when the bike was revin out in 4th.it also looked a bit melted.
