No where. Change the gearing for more speed ie- Bigger front sprocket (more teeth) or smaller rear sprocket (less teeth) for more speed. But doin this you will loose acceleration.
Did you have to modify or make a new bracket to mount the front brake caliper in the right spot? I've tried fitting these forks to a pitpro 125rr and the front caliper doesn't line up with the disc. Tried grinding down the spacers on the mounting bracket for the front caliper and got it to mount...
I've got a pitpro 125rr and it's copped an absolute arse woopin!!! No engine problems to speak of! Had it for 5 months and been ridin almost every weekend. Suspension on the other hand, front forks too soft. For me anyway.
Hey, I've got a question about these as-03's. On the bottom of them theres a tyre valve type valve. Can i simply put more pressure in them to make them stiffer? Or will the extra pressure cause the seals to fail?
If it starts and runs fine without the choke then don't use it. All it does is give the engine more fuel than normal for easier COLD starting, and increases the idle speed. I do the same thing as Cas38a and only use it for initial startup and switch it off after bout 5sec.
Hey KTMKID, I'll give you my name and number! and you can BUY! them off me, not my dumb ass mate! and thanks for the help, much appreciated!!!!!!!! I'm gonna chuck them on and try the spaces and thicker oil and see how they go. Cheers!!!!!!!
Hey, fastace front forks any good? I Can get a set for free off a mate (as-03 if that means anything to anyone) Cause he says there no good!? Are they any better than the standard forks that are on a pitpro 125cc?
