You can try shimming, I had to shim a set of bearings by 1mm, tried using loctite, silicone, etc but nothing held, so tried some $2 super glue, and presto, it held. I'd try cutting some coke cans , and using that. Even if you have to use a few, bearings have to be a pretty firm fit.

Do you have a local bolt/hardware shop ? Take your bolts in and just ask for some 12.9 high tensile versions f them.

I'd go high tensile for the swingarm's pivot bolt, both axles, engine mount bolts and shock bolts. They are the only bolts I've snapped that came standard.

Yea, OKO sounds right to me, although I reckon if you've got the patience, a 26 is in the realms of possibility.

Well to be honest I am glad. Whilst I don't know the full story, I think I've heard/experienced enough of stoozo. His constant post whoring, crap stirring, and just general attitude I think was way out. People like that only just get on people nerves, and further reinforce alot people's opinions...

Yeah Ducars in general are a super tough engine, no rocket, but no slug iether. Beat lifan in terms of reliability easy. Mine is 8 years old, and still going great. Takes a bit to get it started, but once warmed up, starts first kick every time :D

Does the Daytona 150/190 CDI/loom work on YX/HO's? That way you could have adjustable rev limiter, etc.

Honing the bore is not too hard, just buy a honing tool for your drill, the hardest part is matching your drill's speed with your up/down speed.
