Im not kidding when I say 5 weeks either....takes FOR EVER if its free shipping. Like I swear they pay some guy to put it in a row boat and row it here kind of slow. The Chinese are very good at cutting costs when they have to!! BTW Im coming for ya Tassy Stu, only 7 points behind now.....

Wow, the previous owner must have never cleaned the air filter / oiled or, or just didn't use one at all. Defiantely up for a new Piston and Rings.

tbh i reckon i can get away with whats in it, she didnt blow smoke amazingly, there arent any scratches in the bore either. im going to clean this one up and see how it runs. at least piston and rings are cheap, i will have to get some one to hone the bore for me if it does need a new one, i dont have those sort of tools unfortunately.

Honing the bore is not too hard, just buy a honing tool for your drill, the hardest part is matching your drill's speed with your up/down speed.

dont reckon they have one for a dewalt impact driver, and my makita drill has finally died. i got a mate with a hone so il get him to do it if need be, or just pay someone if he is to busy. when i opened it up i was amazed it didnt blow more smoke than a two banger lol

These 70's are pretty tough, i had one rode the **** out of it..
someone i know had one, the rocker arm came loose and backed off.. cracked the head and still ran even with a mushroomed valve

I have a spare bottom end sitting here if you need parts.. minus the head

Yeah Ducars in general are a super tough engine, no rocket, but no slug iether. Beat lifan in terms of reliability easy. Mine is 8 years old, and still going great. Takes a bit to get it started, but once warmed up, starts first kick every time

what do you want for the whole bottom end zwebx? the cases on this donk have a chunk out of the footpeg mount hole, not a biggie as im chucking a cradle kit on the frame, but would be good to replace it all in one hit if the price is right...
