    the dyno was to mainly see what HP it was putting out. if i increase the main jet size to your recommendation would it increase the hp ? in your opinion also what HP should my engine be putting out ?

    yeah i am still runnin the boost bottle mate hahaha 40pilot 104main, mixture screw 1 and 1/4 turn out, needle is lowest clip position what would you recommend as a carby setting ?

    yeah the guy did point out those issues with the mixture ratio, he suggested using a kehin carby would clear up those issues being a more tuneable than a oko, we noticed when we changed the pilot jet to a bigger size the throttle ran on when i backed off the throttle around the track. also...

    ah no just a motard, is that a good figure for a motard tyre ? and in your opinon what hp difference would a knobby compared to a motard make on a dyno ?

    yeah i reckon your right, i will take everything on board that you have said. i am still learning how to set the bike up for my needs eg. crazy gearing, boost bottles and so on. and what not to do thanks for everones comments on the bike and recomandations on tune ups

    we have never had any problems with the plates , only the ring gear shearing teeth off, since running bel ray oil we havnt had any problems with clutch to date. would you agree oil quality can make a differeance ?

    we have never destroyed plates, we only use bel ray thumper oil when looking at the plates there in minimal skuffing/wear just standard 155z clutches

    we have never had a problem with the plates only the basket , yeah i am bit of a clutch rider. also with the chinese clutch built consistancy is proberley another issue, would you agree ?

    yeah we are looking into the TB billet clutch kit, that will be next on the shopping list :) what hrs do you reckon it should replaced ?, after all we did shatter the teeth on the clutch basket after 11 hrs on the hour meter, when was everything stock

    yeah we replaced the kick starter today with a pitster pro one ( silver it will polish up a nice chrome look ) yeah that carbon fiber style cover gives it another 10 **** factor points haha :) yeah admit it mate ya love it and ya hangin to ride it like everone else at the track, feel the real HP...

    yeah with the clutch issue, when we got the bike stock one year ago, i smashed a clutch is less than 11 hours use with everything stock no mods to engine or gearing, we were advised to change clutch basket aprox every 15 hrs max with stock everything, now we change it aprox every 6 hrs of...

    yeah sweet i use the s35 they offer strong top end perfomance, also i found using the flat slide carbys does give a better top end performance aswell. what carby are you using ?
