ours is set to 8° initially and sets to 23°...??? Check two of them and they are both equal....got the ignition from TDR...maybe they are different??

WHAT ????...you obviously know zipp about shocks:p Einstein...you cranked the bolts up like crazy ...of course then every shock will break..there you have your reason why they didn't warranty the thing ! crf50 and klx are the same...material and system..so better get your facts straight...
