hello, it sounds like a fuse , as when you where installing the battery sparks went indicating a short circut. but as you have said no spark , then getting new coil and cdi , realy sounds like the magneto / stator have karked it.

hey , that j1 with the kitaco sprocket , is that bike a 50cc ? , what is the ratio of the sprockets and how much speed you gettin ?

if that bike is before 1995 your gunna have a few problems if you still want to run electrics, as the pre 1995 have a 6v system , bikes run a 12v system most likely on the chineese motors. this can be overcome if you stip everything down to bare frame and rewire it for a 12v system , key switch...

i think that z has just the normal 3 spd auto clutch in the bottom , and i think it has an 88 kit on the top ? looks pretty shmick, i bet it goes like the clappers 2

xr - better transmition - 5 speed , looking on a 100 ... 16 rear 19 front so u got more revoulutions of the tyre. as people have said. xr's are bullet proof , trust me i have one :) better quality will run forever.

hey gang , i was a little boared today so i put on my kitaco 75cc piston and barrel. ;) marked 49cc. look at the forge !!! mind you that i have put no gaskets and will not stick out as far when fully assembled. im wondering how much comression it will have.

i know for a fact that 110cc will not work with this 138cc barrel kit. lol ive tried and the stroke of a 110cc will not fully compress on the comression stroke, ive heard that the 125cc stroke is fine ?
