    u could place a new nut on it and weld in the center of it so it got a new head and u might get it out. also the heat will help free it up

    synthetic oil is fine and will not hurt it one bit.... we us it in all our race bikes and never get clutch slip at all, also when we rebuild the motors all the cams, bores, heads all look brand new

    we been runing twin oil cooler setups for a long time now useing both the billet and radiator styles setup billet style return oil temp to motor is 75 on hot days radiator style return oil temp to motor is 65 on hot days below is a bike with twin radiator style setup

    the 6speed dry clutch dohc is a motor anyone can by (if u got the funds) it a take motor and u can pick if u want wet or dry same as my daytona u can get both the 6speed box is also sold by take they also make 5speed one aswell

    lol it funny how ppls all stay the daytonas need 10hour rebuilds and they wear out fast............... the 125 and the 150's dont need rebuilds offten at all, all they need are good oil changers, yes they do get hot but that y we run them wif good coolers setups. we got daytona motors with 50+...

    undo the nut clean it and clean around where it screws into and it should be fine. at worse u need a new o-ring

    the motovert dipsticks dont got high marks low marks. they look like this (mind my good pic i made) see how it is broken up into little parts ( u no wat i mean cos u got your own) fill it up to the second on from the bottom

    not pressure jst like push it in there until it bottems out on the casers(like u put it in there jst b4 u screw it in)

    dose the bike has one of the billet dipsticks? if that the case fill it so it on the 2nd mark from the bottom (when u check the oil u dont wind the dipstick in)
