Been meaning to do this review for awhile now, but been a bit slack...
Ok so the part in question, is the "Double Bolt" Handlebar clamp from DHZ.
If memory serves, i think i paid about $40 for it on auction, and i believe now goes for about $60 buy now on ebay...
What seperates this particular bar clamp from the usual crap found on minibikes, is the fact that it has bolts to anchor them to the triples, and bolts to clamp the actual bars themselves, instead of the usual setup which has 4 long bolts going right the way through the bar clamp, and the triples...
Absolute sinch to set up, just bolt the bottom clamp on, put your bars on, then top section, bolts in, set bar angles, tighten pinch bolts, and away you go...
The biggest advantage i have found with these, is that it makes adjusting bar angles much, much easier than the standard four long-bolt set up, and when removing your bars, it's far less ungainly than the usual set up.
Why these things arent standard fitment on minis, is beyond me, and one of the small things about standard minibikes that is rather ****...
in my opinion, it's a small price to pay for excellent convenience, totally worth the $60 they cost...
Uncle Thump gives em a big "buddy christ" thumbs up and point.
DHZ Double bolt bar clamp FTW.
