3rd in the first race, 13th 2nd race(had a small incident with a tree) and 5th in the 3rd race, which made me 5th overall for the day......it was one of the worst tracks for arm pump i have ever ridden and so wet which made it so exhausting

squeeze rings are the go ,i used to use em for when i was a some1 ,u can sit there and just squeeze away and with in 2 weeks you'll notice the difference

haha not as often as you think just f#$king cold lol.......i have been off the bike for while cause of when i crashed at the last race and dislocated my thumb thats probably the main reason i got arm pump, but ya i might have to get some of those squeeze rings see how they go
