Lifan 140 countershaft seal retainer

Got my engine running great with an oko 26 and oil cooler and everything was going good until i notice the countershaft seal kept popping out while riding, my bike is completely missing 28 and 29 the countershaft seal retainer and screws. Anyone know where i could get these?

I'd also be checking the crank case breather is clean, the screws should be pretty straightforward to get(just check the depth), the retaining plate if u can't find would also be relatively easily made.
