Yeah solid rod/bar for the spoke tool,
once it's made, you could even heat it up with a gas torch and dip it in some old engine oil to harden it, and slow it from rusting.

My Atomik had a flat disc, and used a caliper mount with the spacers welded on
And my Orion had an offset disc, and the caliper mount was flat

Mumble mumble grrs and such

yeah the rear wheel was an unforseen expense, but it's worth it for longevity.
they are a lot stronger than the one you you are replacing.
i might have been able to get you a cheaper complete rear wheel too.

Noticed leaking oil while the motor was out
cG0rK6cl.jpg

Hard to fix?

I may have to change forks over to the other ones, the tyre on this rusty rim looks terrible;
That pet**** hits the frame my67xr, have to switch to a remote one

The leaking seal is easy to replace.
It's a 13.7 24 5, most bearing shops will have them.
Then just take the kickstart lever off and pry the old seal out, then grease the lips on the new seal and refit it carefully, try not to tear the lips on the kick start shaft splines

Still waiting to suss this parts bike,

Removed seal and took to local bearing place - no go
Mine actually says 13.8, mate is checking with CBC

Dad fixed our press so I can attempt the swingarm bearings when I get around to it; before pic VV

Got to sort motor mount bolt if I get this frame - motor is currently holed for 12mm

Frame 3 has arrived lol

2007 PitPro (BSE), I definitely need new glasses - cant tell the difference between 12/10 and 14/12.. its a 14/12 after telling him it wasnt
Finally have one with a ID plate

I hope that pic of your press is before it was fixed ?
Chinese under-engineering?
or did someone swap the 4T ram for a 12T

That Pitpro looks a lot easier to get up and running.

Yeah that's the before, did it ages ago trying to unbush a trailing arm - it came out at 2-3Ton on mates works' machine, so may have been my error.

My perimeter exhaust isn't compatible with this correct?

I'm pretty sure it wont fit, Dassa have new exhaust pipes for about $20-$25

Dads fix, he wanted to have a go at it himself instead of me getting mates to do it.

Is the caliper too far inwards on this?

I've managed to hold off taking the PP frame completely apart (well the forks are still on),
Would the chrome swing-arm be weaker than the alloy one? Its in better condition - bar no thread in the chain tension adjuster holes

I was tempted to grab this while out that way getting the pitpro - 125 $100

Once you start you cant stop :blah:

I think they be about the same strength, just the alloy one is lighter.
Helicoils would fix the threads
That disc, how far towards the centre from the outer edge do the pad markings go ?
You might get away with one of these, they are about 25mm wide in the pad area

I have those and 190 + 210mm Rounds

Also, I assume there's no reason to keep this any more?

What is the width, height and bolt spacing of the rear disc pads ?
You might get away with cutting 6mm or 7mm off the bottom of the ones you have?
You'd need to use a 1mm cutting disc in an angle grinder, and cutting it slowly, letting it cool, then cut it a bit deeper so you don't cook the bonding agent between the friction material and backing.
If i was you i'd get rid of those rear pads and get some Sintered Copper iron pads, they work a lot better
A new set is under $10 off ebay

Yeah junk that rear wheel
