check the fuel is on choke and try giving your bike throttle when kicking over like 1/4 throttle if that doesn't work might be your CDI check that the two or so wires are connected mine was located at the front of the bike on the right side near the fork hope it helped the same thing happened to me just check all those things.

when you pull the plug out is it wet ? if its dry your not getting fuel..

only 3 things you need fuel, park and air.. generally theres lots of air around so its fuel/spark
