High tensile steel axle

Went to try and buy a stronger axle today(motovert axle bent and got given stunt pegs). Tried a few places(cairns is ****). They all said that high tensile is no good as the milder steel is sposed to bend under stress but high tensile will break. personally i think they couldnt be f@cked looking for a 12
" bolt please correct me if I'm wrong.1 place said they could to it but thread would be on both ends, no hex head. any ideas?

Have you tried a fastner / bolt shop (like lee bros in parramatta) or look up fastners in the yellow pages, Its the first place I would look.

Two places i tried here in Cairns(fastners,bolt etc....supliers) were no help. i really wanna know if it is true that the axle needs to have flex.high tensile will break i was told??????
