Installing a 125 lifan engine

Is installing a new lifan 125 easy?

I'm thinking about putting it in myself if it isnt too hard. Otherwise I can get my friends dad to do it.

Is it worth me trying myself?

When you are in first gear you have to click the lever up like 100 times to get it into second.

When you're in second it somehow slips into nuetral all the time.

You can't go past 2nd.

When you change down a gear the gear lever gets stuck down.


I have the new engine I'm just wondering if it's too much of a hassle for me to do it myself.

It is pretty easy and I wouldnt hesitate doing it myself, but if you are no good on the tools you probably want sombody to help (do it yourself but get your mates dad to help you).
