Loncin 125 engine question

Hi guys,

im new to the site.

I recently bought a loncin 125 and was told it has a clutch problem by the seller.

I started to strip it down the other day and noticed there was two drain plugs for the engine oil so i opened both.

On opening the second plug out fell a spring (2 inches in length) and also what appeared to be a shaft about (1 and half inch in length).

I want to see if anybody had a similar problem before i go splitting the crankcases. There was no other loose bits or metal in the oil or any marks or damage on the bits that fell out.

Any help or advise appricated!

that second spring isnt a drain plug its your cam chain tensioner.

whats the problem with the clutch? and why do you have to split the cases if the clutch is the only problem? you only need to remove to right side cover to get to the clutch.
