yeh the mso is better than a pitpro and a great bike!!
reliable and fast, high quality, low price.
cheers.

thanks for the replies guy, has been some helpful info
with the deal on the MSO 140cc, having the CRF style plastics, does that mean you can fit the Red Baron CRF plastics on it? Also does anyone exactly how much the Motovert Pro is?

cheers

ok, ive narrowed my choice down to 2 bikes, the Pit Pro 140RX and the MSO 140S
can anyone please tell me which one they recommend but also let me know what "upgrades" or better components the MSO 140S has over the Pit Pro 140RX, or if the Pit Pro RX has any "upgrades" over the MSO 140S. But ultimatly which is the better bike for the money i pay in terms of parts, reliability and being a good bike ALL ROUND.

cheers

in my opinion go the mso, its a great bike and i like the crf plastics better than the klx. but i haven ridden the xr so im not sure which 1 is better, i assume there much the same in quality going by what ive read. all i know is the mso is GREAT!

I love the way these guys say "most likely" be better, that shows how uninformed that statement is!
I'm not going to say the pitpro is better because to be honest they are both much the same. But what i can say is that i own and ride a 140xr so I can talk from experience not just wack on about a particular brand because thats what everyone else likes.
The 140 xr is a brilliant bike,I have had mine for about 3 months, ridden it every week-Hard-,have flat out trail rode it, have jumped it 30+ft(working up to 50ft) long easily over 150 times(I weigh 95kg's),have flat-landed it from about 25ft up once. The bike is tuff as and absolutely flies!!
Comes stock with IRK,fastace rear shock, longer travel USD forks(which are really good,I haven't bottomed mine out yet),carlsbad tyres, pro circuit copy exhaust(sounds heaps better than most standard ones)and heaps more....
The biggest downfall with this bike is you will never win 50 of the month with this bike stock, even though it comes standard with alot of gear that those bikes have as mods.lol...joking.
Seriously the worst thing with the bike is on a trail ride with my mates(125's and 140's)i end up riding alone miles in front or constantly stopping to let 'em catch up,coz the bastards dont like me pushing from behind.Partly because the engine, but also because the better suspension lets you go fast over really rough stuff.Like I said it flies!!!!
Make sure you listen to someone who owns either of those bikes, not someone whos heard this or that, but either way you go im sure you'll be happy anyway!!

thanks mate, thats helped me out a fair bit. I think i might swing towards the Pit Pro now because it is a little bit cheaper and as far as i know it is "basically" the same as the MSO, Unless anyone else has something to say haha?

Hi pmc.21
We can hook you up with a Pitpro XR140 if you are interested.
They are a sweet little bike for the price and go vey hard with the 1P56FMJ motor. The 2008 Pitpro bikes are the only sub $1200.00 Pitbike available that is factory fitted with this new stronger and harder running motor.!

GoosE#69 its great to see such a happy customer, and thanks for sending us more potential Pitty riders/customers !
The next load of Pitpro XR140s should be in our hands Monday or so [I will give you a call Dude ]!
Cheers brian

The 140s has a 1P55FMJ !! MSO tested the 56 for there new bikes and said it's no better then the 55.. it's just a little more responsive as it has a IRK in it !! I've also heard a few other things about the 56 but I wont get into that !!

Theres also some 56 labeled motors on ebay at the moment but they do not have an IRK in them !! I THINK there asking $300 for them...

Maybe MSO are talking down the 56 because they dont have them!I've ridden both motors(both with IRK)and the 56 is miles ahead!!
The 56 also has strengthened kickstart gears, and a mate of mine has a 55 with IRK and is nowhere near as fast as mine, which is why he is now buying a 140xr.
If youve heard other things about the 56,please do go into that now,we'd like to hear about it!!
