hi guys,
hi my 140cc thumpstar viabrates so much and it gets annoying cooz bolts fall out and stuff so i was just wondering if there is any possible way i could stop my bike viabrating so much CHEERS!!!!

turn the motor off and push it?
pretty sure its just the nature of the beast
get some locktight and that should stop the bolts falling out issue

When you say your bike is "vibrating" ....... is it a disturbing and unnatural feeling vibration level that buzzes thru your hands and feet ?????? If so .. then you need to get it checked out by a bike shop or compare it to someone elses' bike that has a 140 engine in it ....

Sometimes the factory may have overlooked balancing the flywheel or the crank halves can be slightly twisted .......

The way to check that out is to remove the flywheel and run a dial indicator on the end of the crank to check for shaft run out .......

That check should also be done as a matter of course when fitting an IRK or lightened slinger ...... you first check the crank ....... then run the indicator on the rotor ....... if there is run out on either ....... your crank will self destruct in due course ....... :)
