PS3 Question's

Hi all. This is more than likelly a very stupid question but im no game junkie so have no idea really.
On the PS3 is it possible to store a whole game on the hard drive so you dont have to keep flicking through disc's when I change games??
Is there any way to make the games load faster when playing them??

think its only if you buy them off PlayStation online not from the store
and for loading thats just typical playstation style and dont think you can speed it up. haven't played it in a long time
