The valve covers were one off bud I'm the lucky bugger who scored them but they have heaps of other bits

I def put the lil gem through its paces on the weekend , did the race satdy with her in the 10" class and well , front end wasn't right, I've been having grief with it since the build , pulled the forks down bout 29 times now n I kinda got through satdy but we hit up frankston Sunday n I killed her also i managed to destroy the 2bros brake lever n god knows what else , iv still not cleaned the bikes after the weekend as they both need repairs after a massive weekend racing two classes Saturday and riding all
Day Sunday ..... I'm prob going to find more scratches and breaks on the mod I'm tipping once I detail it - not looking forward to it but I guess it's all part of it , just kinda digs deep with this bike as iv invested stupid cash into it but hey I'm still smiling had a fn tops weekend n now iv got a excuse to set up
The front end with the next level of mod, I'm ditching the stocka type front end , that will go on the 10" n ill just rebuild them , I'm trying to hook up a upside down fork setup at the moment ill keep you all posted but for now I'm going to sook a little bit bout my babies being all hurt n stuff

Well here we go again ... Had to get sorted quick smart for last Saturday's 50% meet and it was all a mad rush to get it done , the plan was to enter 12", 88 mod and 10" stock which without Buzz, Styv Toey and many others wouldn't have been possible so a massive thanks to the boys for all coming together for me

I really liked the way the bike was setup and it looked finished ... Apart from that front end .. I basically built this bike they way Tom built his or at least wanted to and I was just missing the bombshell front .... I had been advised not to do it by numerous people but I wanted it and nothing would stop me lol so finally I got on someone's nerves enough that they folded and sold them , they dont work to great but I knew they weren't in good condition and didn't pay much for them and like I said there wasn't any point taking me out of them because I hustled wanted them lol just because ... Now I have them all set up and will use them until I can afford a new setup from the states , the legs kinda pull out of the uppers when u lift the front wheel off a jump which causes the nose to drop on the bike but ill give it a crack n may rideable for a little while. I'm still super stoked I built the bike I wanted to with all the parts iv used the only thing left would be a frame but I like that one anyway next will be some motor mods to help her move ,a bit of weight added with the addition of the Sano front end but its dan sexy I reckon

Seems we always end up at buzz late on a school night

All seemed to bolt up ok and was starting to get my head around the massive change

Cheers to Toey who laced up the new rim to the Sano hub and spokes the rim I got was cracked but I was aware I would need a new one when I got it all

Styv and Chris were on my back to sort the rear as it needed a lift now but I was still getting the bars and controls right decided to run the Sano bmx bar on the Sano MX clamp seems to have worked Styv n Jnr got fed up and sorted the rear with a fast ace
I always end up getting yelled at for taking progress shots for you guys during a build ... Just sayin

So I actually almost kinda completely got my 3 babies now so so close just need to tweak everything

Hey all been missing out on MR for ages and so much has happened so I thought id share the progress and try and update all my build threads and add a new one in the next week or so too but for now ill tell you about what's been happening with my pride and joy mod =)

So I finally got the sano setup I wanted and thought I was kind of finished.....

Untill I got onto all this Deadstock and possibly the last brand new front end in existence off the guy who bought the remaining SANO deadstock in the states yeeew



A BRAND NEW BOMBSHELL FRONT END +) and a heap of other sano goodies including breather valve caps, donuts, disk rotors, bearings n stuff so freakn pumped at this point but theeeeeeeen......


found me a Sick 50's brand spanka +2 swinga =)

and after hours of endless searching and asking around the master of minis Bean found and organised delivery from the states of this =)

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DREAM BUILD +) my mod has gone through almost every stage now and now I get to build her up around the Billetware cradlemount I always wanted =)

Gave the paint a bit of love with a Black Gloss / Colour flake =) my mate 2 pac'd it and im pretty stoked =)
started mocking u few bits up tonight =)

and also forgot to mention I got the donk sorted through buzz bikes with a new TB 88 Barrel , Piston Head, Cam and CDI



Cant wait to tear down the current setup and build this new gear up im super pumped and hopefully all the grey/silver/Black colour scheme comes together im thinking ill use the white and black rising sun 5O graphics I got a while ago ill try get on more often like I used to instead of doing a massive short of it type update just little time these days ..
